WORK & EXPERTISE

Ina's area of expertise is turning insights into action and supporting organizations in their customer and employee experience transformation journeys. Her passion is to enable companies to make change happen: defining purpose, vision and strategy and mapping journeys as the foundation of change, utilizing their data, planning the change roadmap and continuously monitoring success. Ina works with top management and senior teams to achieve sustainable transformations and empowers people and teams to form high performing organizations.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Ina has more than 30 years of experience in empirical research as project and account manager and 20 years experience in organizational development. She has guided small, mid-size and large enterprises through setting up their feedback strategies and systems on their journey to high performance organizations. She is focused on creating processes combining insights and organizational development, CX and EX transformation, employee engagement as well as learning and development.

During the last 15 years, Ina used to work as global expert in the Global CX Centre (Customer and Employee Experience) of Kantar, where she developed concepts and methods and supported international colleagues and clients on how to design best the path to customer and employee centricity that worked best for their respective individual needs.

Ina holds a Master degree in National Economics from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Furthermore, she is qualified in systemic consulting and coaching. She has extensive experience in facilitation and leading international collaboration of teams in agile and virtual work environments.

INSIGHT INTO  INA

Ina loves debating about politics, society, conflicts and every other topic that may concern her colleagues, customers, friends and family, because she believes it's an essential part of our culture. Therefore, she loves to arrange meetings and parties to create environments for people to have fun, good food and drinks, to chat and discuss. To relax, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading books and sewing clothes. She lives with her husband in Munich and tries to visit her son living in London as often as possible.
