What global business challenges|do you face?
The International Business Challenges research project aims at answering the following questions:
- what are the main challenges managers and consultants are facing when working internationally?
- what are some best practices?
- what are the international aspects influencing the areas of corporate development, i.e. strategy, organization, leadership, culture and stakeholder relationships?
The first phase consisted of qualitative interviews with international managers from a diverse range of industries. In the second phase we will broaden the research through a quantitative survey.
