Elisa’s specializations focus on cross-cultural management and communication, corporate culture change and implementation, global change management and internal communication. She analyzes how international aspects influence corporate development and the business world. Through some extensive work and projects, she has gained a good insight of Romania and the CEE market.

Experience & Education

Before joining Doujak Corporate Development, Elisa has worked in Copenhagen as Country Specialist Coordinator EMEA for Aperian Global - a cross-cultural management consulting firm - and in Delft at Unique Sources - a management consultancy dealing with change management and cross-cultural trainings-  organizing and facilitating workshops on intercultural topics.

Elisa holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures from Turin University (Dottoressa in Lingue Straniere) and a master’s degree in International Communication Management from the University of The Hague in The Netherlands focusing on communication management from an international perspective.

Insight into Elisa

Originally from Italy, Elisa has lived in several countries: USA, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Denmark and now Austria. Thanks to long stays abroad, both for study and work, she is fluent in English, French, Spanish and German (or rather Austrian…) and has basic knowledge of Dutch and Portuguese, which she has learnt during a voluntary stay in Brazil, working with children. Her true passion is dancing, having started when she was five and having tried every kind of dance – from ballet to flamenco – but she also likes other sports, such as skiing, ski-touring, ice-skating, cycling, beach volleyball and volleyball, which she plays regularly.
